Apart from getting a book together to help children with their WW2
history work I have also been doing a bit of knitting.

These are two little baby sets and a make-up bag that will be going to charity.

I cant do patterns now like I used to but it helps to keep my fingers going.
WHAT A BLOODY PERFORMANCE though when I am trying to sew them up.

Lovely Maisie - do you have a pattern for the blue and white one, or did you make it up.
Would love the pattern if there is one.

They're lovely Maisie, so pretty. I think Mazzy means the plain knit one you kindly sent me?

Thanks Corrie glad you like them. How are you getting on with yours?

I will wait till Mazzy gets back to me Corrie and make some arrangement with her to send the pattern.
Its originally knitted all in one colour as you know and the hat I have done is not the one that is shown on the pattern.

I'm doing ok, but I don't knit as fast as you do Maisie! I find I've only got time to do a bit in the evenings. I love the pinky/mauvey set too, I've not got that pattern.

Are you sure I did not send it to you Corrie? :o

I thought I sent the cardigan, jumper scarf and hat set to you because they were all very easy patterns.
All these I mean.
If I have not sent them let me know and I will send them on to you.

Hi Maisie
It's the white garter stitch cardi and hat with bluey green borders.

PM me your e-mail address Mazzy and I will send it on.
Actually it was a FREE pattern on the label of a ball of wool that I bought from Aldi many moons ago and its been knitted many times in various combinations.

Would you like the other patterns that I sent to Corrie as well? You can always put your own pattern in them.
