Although I didn't care much for learning when I was at school, I started to love learning stuff after I left.

I think I told you about joining the art group, a few month's ago, to learn to paint in water colours and, these past two weeks or so I have been trying acrylics - with the following result. I am reasonably pleased with it and will definitely do some more.

The picture is of Queen's View, Loch Tummell and what a beautiful place that is!

It's a lovely hobby and the people in the group are really nice ( apart from one - and you always get one) so, it's an added bonus when you create something acceptable.

It's so clear, and the colours are so crisp. Beautiful picture. I have saved it in my odds and ends folder.
