This was made for my grandson for Christmas. I used two cards and cut a hole in one of them, then put some background paper behind it. Then I put a Santa dangling in the middle. The reindeer I made in PSP. It was made so that when he opened the card the middle popped out.
I am terrible at explaining things!
Its the first one I have made like this, and no, it didn't go right the first time!!!!

Emm, I am sort of back with PSP!!!
I now have PSP9, and where as I knew where everything was on PSP7, with 9 its like having to learn it all over again.
The trouble is I still have PSP7 installed and when I get stuck on PSP9 I go back to PSP7!
Think I shall have to uninstall PSP7 or I shall never learn any more!
I don't use it a lot for my cards though, just the odd thing now and again.

Thought I would show you what I have been up to this afternoon.
The builders are knocking my bathroom about and I needed something to take my mind off the noise.
There are five layers, all embossed and then glitter added.
I used Mulberry paper behind.

Yes Monsy, lovely colour isn't it?
How about this one for a man? You can see how easy it is to make, just look at it carefully and you will see how its done. Just a cut in the middle of the front card and press them back to make the collar.
The tie can be cut out of any scrap of paper.

OOOOOH yes, I can see how you did that! Do you do the writing yourself, or are they pre-printed or is there a stamp thingie?

No Monsy, I use Peel Offs.
Things like Happy Birthday, Best Wishes, Congratulations, all those sort of things are printed on a sheet that is sticky at the back.
You just peel off the one you want and stick it on the card.
Very easy but very effective.
