Try something different and simple.

1 - 2 lb pork sausages
few sweet potato wedges(optional)
Roll them all in oil and place in oven pan,.
Roast 30 mins in moderate oven. 350.

Mix. 2 tbs whole grain mustard with 3 tbs of Clear honey.
spread on sausages etc. and put back in oven
Roast 10 mins.

Serve with whatever. cheers Penny

Despite what Monsy put on another thread about sausages been worse than horsey stuff.
they sound real good Penny.

Had that before Penny, only with plain potato wedges and some red onion through it. Tasty!
