1 lb beef mince
Half cup chopped onion
quarter teaspoon salt.
Put in pan and cook until meat turns brown. Drain off any liquid. Put in oven dish. Leave to cool about 10 mins.

1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup..mixed with half cup of milk.
6 oz pack frozen mixed vegs.
4 oz shredded cheddar.
About 1 pound frozen potato nuggets.

Pour soup over meat.add layer of frozen vegetable then spread the cheese over.
Top with the potato nuggets then bake. About 40 mins.

This is tasty and easy thought someone might like to try. Cheers. Penny

Haven't tried this with meat but, years ago in my bed-sit days, I used to do this using white fish and mash rather than potato nuggets - which probably hadn't been invented then! It always went down well with visitors. :)

I do something similar in the slow cooker, but I use French Onion soup and mixed peppers.
