Very simple.

6 fat parsnips

1.1/2 - 2 oz parmesan mixed with
4oz plain flour.

Cut parsnips in half crosswise and then top half cut downwards making 4 slices.
Cut bottom half into 2. Total 6 pieces.

Dip each piece in parmesan mix.

Put into pan of salted water and bring to boil
Make sure NO MORE that 15 mins.

Ladle out and dip in parmesan mix.

Leave spread on tray to cool. Freeze.

Cook from Frozen by adding to roasting joint.
Enjoy, delicious. cheers Penny
