You mean chopped up and put through the cake, or melted over the top?

I would just keep trying (and sampling) until I got it right

Many thanks folks, I spent quite a long time on the Nestle site last night but no luck. The recipe is requested by a person in America, it appeared in a Woman's magazine a couple of years ago. I have searched for days but nothing found yet. Have no idea whether the cake included the bars or if they were for a topping. Will just have to keep searching until I can get further information. Many thanks Penny.

The only thing I can find, Penny, is for cookies.

Cinnamon Toast.... mix some cinnamon and sugar to taste..when I mix it I keep it in a shaker container...

Make a piece of toast...I use white bread....butter and sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar mixture.

How hard is that? I love it.
