Hope you like this one, we love it, again served in a largish round yorkshire.

1 lb lean mince
2 large onions. sliced
4 oz mushrooms, sliced or 1/2 tin of mushrooms ( I always use the tinned ones)
1 x 15 oz tin of beans in tomato sauce
1 x 10 oz of condensed tomato soup (I use Cambells)
plus 1/2 soup tin of water.
salt and pepper

optional extras

1 crushed clove garlic
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon worcester sauce
good pinch of ginger

Note; you can add all or any of the optional ingedients.

Large saucepan.

Brown mince in a little oil and then put to one side.
Fry onions gently until soft ( with the garlic if used)
Add the mushrooms, herbs and mince, stir all together
Add beans and mix in followed by the tomato soup and water

Season to taste ( Adding Worcestershire sauce if used)
Simmer very gently for 20 - 30 mins.

Serve with mashed potato or rice and any vegetable desired.

enjoy,cheers Penny.

Thank you so much for the recipe Penny....I'll definitely give it a try.
I've never used mince very much except in savoury pies and pasties, so this makes a nice change.
