Sandwich filling

Postby Monika » Tue Aug 08, 2006 10:06 pm

If you've got some cold beef left over from your roast. it can be a bit dry.

I blitz it in my processor, then stir in a good dollop of mayonnaise and then make a sandwich with beetroot or tomato etc.

It's a little bit like potted beef - only better.

It amazes me that anyone has left over roast beef - not in MY house unfortunately because I am rather partial to a piece of cold roast beef!! That Davy could eat for Scotland! :rolleye11:
