Honey and Horse-radish mustard. (very simple)

Making this today, forget if I have put it on before but so tasty.

1 x 113g box dry mustard powder
1 level tablespoon Hot Horseradish OR
3-4 tablespoons grated fresh Horse-radish.
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons runny honey
6 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cooking oil.

Put all in a processor blend to a nice smooth mix.
Put into small sterilised jars.
leave 21 days before eating.

This keeps about 6 months in fridge.

Doesn;t last half that long here, delicious.
