A quick chilli dip sauce.
1. 14 oz tin chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped.
1 garlic clove, chopped.
1/2 onion, finely chopped,
Put in liquidiser and process to puree.
Put in saucepan and slowly bring to boil.
Removed from heat to cool.
Serve with grated cheese if liked.
