Sweet chilli dip sauce

3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 red chilli de-seed and chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons dry sherry

Put ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to boil, stirring now and then to ensure sugar melts.

Remove from heat as soon as mix boils and put aside to cool.

don't worry Penny, I've broken me specs and I canny see what I am reading anyway. At the moment I am wearing some magnifying ones out the £1 shop. I've got a headache already.........
