De-rinding bacon

This is a sticky tough job so if you like bacon without the rind try the following.

Lay the bacon in a pan and start to gently cook, turning it over so that both sides of the rasher get warm.
As soon as each piece is warm, hold with a pair of kitchen tongs and just snip with a pair of scissors, then continue the cooking process.
Works like a dream.
