This is a very simple but tasty dip. Ideal for dipping crisps or celery sticks etc.
4 oz cottage cheese
4 oz cheddar cheese (finely grated)
4 oz single cream
3 drops tabasco
5 oz peeled prawns
1 small onion.
Mince the onion or chop very fine
Add to the grated cheese, cottage cheese, tabasco sauce and cream.
Stir in the prawns.
Chill until required.
