Banana Recipes please?

I'm looking for recipes for cooking using bananas.

I've got a recipe for banana and walnut loaf, but would like some others.

The quicker and easier the better, please.

Easy pudding
Fry bananas in butter,sprinkle with sugar, flame with rum.
Serve with cream.

Grilled bacon, pancakes and fried bananas make a good breakfast.
