Don't know if I have put this on before. Worth a try.

1 small can tomatoes
2 eggs
knob butter
1 small cod fillet.

Whisk tomatoes and egg
Warm in pan
Melt butter in separate pan
Flake fish very finely
Add to first mix
Put all in pan with butter
Cook approx. 10 minutes.
leave to cool.
