Very simple and tasty. (serves 2 )

250ml plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoon mild curry powder

4 lamb chump chops . each cut into 3.
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped.

Preheated oven. 180C 355F
In a small bowl combine the first four items. Mix well together.

Toss the pieces of lamb in the mixture and coat evenly and well.

Place the chop pieces on a rack inside a baking dish.

Bake in oven for approx 45 min, turning the pieces over occasionally.

Sprinkle chopped mint over and serve immediately with rice.

cheers Penny.
