Tried a different way today with a 1/2 leg of lamb. It was delicious, have orders to repeat with the next one.
Cut a little hole in flesh near bone and popped in a clove of garlic.
Wiped the whole joint with real butter and then sprinkled Herbs de Province together with garlic granules, all over.
Placed on a grill inside a meat tin and roasted as normal.
Served with Roast potatoes, roast parsnips, carrots and different greens. mint sauce and/or redcurrant jelly.
