Garlic Oil

Garlic oil, the oil that the kitchen goddess, Nigela, uses.

Morrisons sell it, I used it, it really is the business both as a marinade and to cook with.

Why not make your own. Chop fine two or three garlic cloves, add to a bare half bottle of oil, put in fridge. You can vary the strength to your own taste. If after about 3 days it seems too strong, strain the oil into another container and discard the crushed garlic, doing it once or twice you will soon get to know how much you need to use. Do not make too much, usually keeps well for just over a week. cheers Penny
