I have never eaten one and all I keep hearing about is how good they are for us, so I bought a small punnet today at £1.99 pp.

Is blueberry pie nice? If yes, will make one. If they ever get that far as if they are sweet then they will go straight into my mouth!! :rolleye11: :groaner: :roflmao:

You could muffins with them, a nice blueberry muffin warmed and then fresh cream on top. Blueberries are good for eyes.

Blueberries are cultivated larger versions of Bilberries or Whinberries as we always called them as kids
and yes Whinberry pie is delicious

Have just been to Cosco and bought a box of frozen blueberries, look very nice and I thought not too expensive at £5.39 for 900g. Normally buy a box of raspberries which are super but thought hubby would like a change and blueberries are supposed to be very healthy to eat. cheers Penny

If they give you a thrill, you could look on a hill.

I found my thrill on blueberry hill
On blueberry hill where I found you
The moon stood still on blueberry hill
And lingered till my dreams came true

The wind in the willow played
Love's sweet melody
But all of those vows you made
Were never to be

Tho' we're apart you're part of me still
For you were my thrill on blueberry hill

The wind in the willow played
Love's sweet melody
But all of those vows you made
Were never to be

Tho' we're apart you're part of me still
For you were my thrill on blueberry hill
