I have just made this and it is delicious.
3 Minutes. Chocolate cake. Micowave.

4. level tablespoons s.r.flour
4.l evel tablespoons sugar
2. level tablespoons cocoa powder
3. tablespoons choc chips (OPTIONAL)

1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
A small dash of vanilla essence

Mix first 4 items well.
Mix liquids in a separate bowl with egg.
Stir into first dry mix and mix well

Put into a microwave smallish (pyrex)bowl
Put in micro. 3 mins @ 1000 watts.

Take out and leave 10 mins.
Loosen round and tip on plate.

Eat hot or cold, with or without Icecream.

Wicked!!

It is Rowan, I said to hubby, don't look at what I have just put out but he insisted on having a piece with icecream after tea. I had the same. He said it was wonderful and rich chocolaty, I could have eaten it all, it is super. cheers Penny.
