Baed eggs and beans - Simple

4 eggs
400g can baked beans
seasoning
toast to serve
Preheat oven 160C 325F GAS MARK 3

Grease inside of 4 small dishes with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Heat beans in a pan and drain some of the sauce. Keep sauce for later
Spoon some of the beans into the bottom of each dish
Crack an egg into each dish of beans
Place dishes on kitchen paper placed in bottom of a deep roasting tin
Pour boiling water in tin up to halfway of the dishes
Place in oven
Check after about 10 mins, longer if you like eggs firmer
Heat reserved tomato sauce and spoon round eggs.
Serve with buttered toast.
