Recipe for four, use two and put two in fridge for next day.
100 gram plain chocolate
50 gram butter
25 ml golden syrup
1 teaspoon instant coffee
4 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons single cream
2 tablespoons Cointreau
1 egg white.(whisked stiffly)
4. tablespoons whpped cream.
Chocolate buttons for decoration
Break chocolate into a basin over hot water. Add syrup and coffee stir until melted.
Beat in the cream and orange juice, then remove from heat and whisk occasionally.
Stir in the Cointreau and lighly fold in the stiffly whisked egg white
Turn out into four glass dishes and allow to set for a few minutes
Decorate with a swirl of whipped cream and a choolate button or two.
