Eating out last week, hubby had steak with 'Sauce Diane'. He said there wasn't much taste in it.
Had steak yesterday so decided to make a cheaper version..
Quickly fried a few mushrooms, Made a white sauce with marg, flour, milk.and a little pepper. Stirred in the mushrooms and added a good dollop of soy sauce,. Delicious. cheers Penny.
