Do you take it ????

My daughter who is an SRN seems to think I would be better off if I started to take Zinc,why she didn't say why ......I am now 75 and was hospitalised a couple of months ago....do you take it and why,thanks friends,

I was recommended Zinc when my fingernail cuticles were sore and ragged. The treatment worked!

I take it! I also buy some for him upstairs, it's meant to aid towards preventing prostate cancer.
