I am just ok but two months ago I would have been underweight - I have been binging on all the things I laike but are NOT good for me!! back to sensible eating soon!! :hide:

I wouldn't take any notice of charts....my sister who is 62 weighs 7st if that,about 5ft 3ins tall- so very underweight......all started by looking at charts in the sixties,has been an anorexic/bulimic ever since :sad:

that was when I weighed in at nine and a half stone,gawd, almost feel like starting again :huffin:

:tantrum2: I know Im over weight and I have put a little more on since I stopped smoking.
But Ive lost wight twice through treatment for cancer so I wont try to loose it.I have a health diet and as long as I feel well Im happy.
In fact a good way to get weight of live on complan for 3 months :please:
