A Cool and Shady Haven

I don't quite know how to describe this, but I get a really sore, very cold feeling on my leg, between my knee and ankle. It doesn't feel cold to the touch, or look different from the rest of my leg, but it can be quite painful - wakes me up at night.
Any ideas what it might be??

Could it be some sort of circulation problem? are you a smoker, that can lead to circulation problems

I suggest you go and get it checked out with your doctor Mazzy.

Are you diabetic? Just before I was diagnosed with the condition, I got similar hot rather than cold feelings in just the same manner. I lived in Germany at the time, but my doctor there couldn't identify what the problem might be. Diabetes produces all kinds of weird pains in one's body! :dunno:

I'm not on any medication, and don't think I'm diabetic - was tested about 3 months ago. I guess I better go to the GP

It's quite strange 'cos it it is in just one area - about the size of my palm.
