Had a talk last night at our club about Magnets, very interesting and I think I could believe in it, if I could afford to buy one, the cheapest was £60 and the real nice one, that looks like a expensive piece of jewelry was £130,
they are guaranteed for 100 years [so would not get much value from it] would have to put it in my will,

Unlike what you can buy in the chemist, these are 'proper' ones, I have always had copper and magnet one from the chemist, but don't like it in the summer when you get hot and your wrist turns green.

I did not find them very helpful Ann. Nor did I find the mattress topper with magnets in very good.
Having said that not everyone is the same.

I have slept with a magnet under my pillow for many years.
Its supposed to help cramp but I still get out of bed at about three times in the night with cramp in my legs.

At least I know where to find a magnet if ever I drop a needle.

It is a complicated thing magnets, they are gauged on Gauss strength, there is also Bipolar and Unipolar,
what I think I mean is the horseshoe shape one and the one on the fridge are no good. Don't know a lot of what I am talking about [as usual] but it is a type of healing that has been going for 100's of years. she did say it does not improve everyone,

but the stories of help with horses and all animals makes you wonder, because they do not know what a magnet is.

It's very interesting but so expensive when there's no guarantees that it would work individually. I have heard of the powr of magnets.

Yes I have read about them helping animals Ann.

I cant dispute the fact that they can help others, but they did nothing for me.

I had a bracelet as well and wore it for quite a while but it made no difference to me.
Maybe my body isnt suited to anything like that, I dont know.

I have been wearing magnetic bracelets for 4 years now, I bought my 1st one's in America, just cheap one's made of Hematite on elastic, I found they did make a difference, so when I was in Florida last year, I bought a titanium one for around $25, it was identical to one I'd seen in the UK a month earlier for £60

Andrea gave me one for Christmas and I cant say I have noticed any difference, then I read an article on magnetic therapy and it said it could help your circulation L sent off for a catalogue'

I learnt from the catalogue the bracelet should be worn loose and allowed to move up and down the wrist not tight to the skin like I was wearing it.

Maisie I forgot I take quinine prescribed by the doctor for cramp.
or you could have a few gin and tonics I believe tonic water has quinine in it

I've tried several magnetic bracelets but the magnets bring me up in a rash.

Funny you should say that June, we had a Boxer dog once and got her a magnetic collar for her arthritis and she came up in a rash all around her neck.
