Glucosamine

I used to buy Severn Seas GC. which were easy to swallow capsules. Today I have tried everywhere to get some but all the capsules now are so big I cannot swallow them. Asked at 2 chemists but each one showed me capsules and tablets which are huge. Any ideas. cheers Penny

Penny, there is Glucosamine powder, which I assume you would mix with water.

Do you have a local Holland & Barrett?

Not very close but I will try H & B. Don't think I could take to the powder one. I hate any tablets and have to force myselft to take anything. I did find that I got along o.k. with capsules tho' but the size today has put me off. cheers Penny.
