The Big C - Get Thee Behind Me

Postby CD » Tue Jul 17, 2007 10:50 pm

Hi all. Word seems to have flashed round the internet and I have received so many very kind e-mails that I felt I must pop in here and say a heart felt thank you to all who have contacted me. Not just recently on hearing the good news but all those of you have been following my treatment and who have offered so much encouragement when the times were bad and life became very difficul both for me and my family. I'm not going to mention names but you know who you are and you can justifiably feel that you have made a genuine contribution to a person at his time of greatest need. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. May you have good health and happiness.

Bob. (CD)

Well done for successfully fighting your way back to health. This will give a lot of people some hope for themselves and their loved ones.

Thanks all and it's great to see so many familiar faces on here. Where's Oddie at nowadays as I would like to say hello and see how she is getting on, unless you have news of her.

Just goes to show, Bob, that folks love to read good news and your wonderful result will give hope and encouragement to all those people on here who are themselves (or their loved ones) fighting the bliddy thing.

All the best!

That is brilliant news. So pleased for you.

I think I told you before, that our neighbour was diagnosed with prostrate cancer 49 years ago, and he is still surviving, now aged 99.
