Apple Cider Vinegar

Postby widget » Tue May 06, 2008 7:53 pm

I suffer terrible indigestion or Reflux, it is like a air bubble up and down my chest area, I swallow Rennie's and all the rest of the pills of the shelve, and in the end went to the Doctors and he gave me some Raberprazole tablets,
I do not like taking pills, so went 'cyber' hunting and found Apple Cider Vinegar,

I took the Doctors pills for 2 weeks, and it cleared up, he said I could keep taking them for ever, I thought, 'no-way'
so after reading about the vinegar I thought I would give it a try, the dose was 1 teaspoon in 3oz of water twice a day, easy, got use to the taste, and have now been taking it 4 weeks, and have not a had a sign of my past problem,

So is it the vinegar or is my mind saying it is curing me,

what ever it is I don't mind,

Anyone else take Cider vinegar for any reason??

I've heard of loads of uses for apple vinegar. If it works - who cares why!!

Have used it for marinades etc but not for medicinal purposes, just checked the bottle in the larder and it seems the "right" sort so will try it too, the taste can't be worse than those chalky tablets
