This was given to me many moons ago, not from a quack but a Harley St. Specialist. and works a treat to unblock noses.

Before getting dressed in the morning, heat your face and neck with hot water so that it does feel hot. Then, if you can be brave enough, Splash icy cold water on face neck and specially on your chest, do this for a few splashes until it takes your breath away. You will find that your nose runs after about 5 mins. cheers Penny

Worth a tey for sure. That is supposed to be good for your skin too.

Or you could use Otrivine nasal spray which will clear your nose in ten second flat, Guaranteed, and will last a good ten hours.

By the way, did you know that within Harley Street and Wimpole Street there are some two thousand doctors have rooms there, of which are four hundred are GP's

I have tried this product and yes, it is very good to clear a blocked up nose. I suffer with chronic sinusitus and use Nazonex on prescription but its useless for me. Have not bought Otrivine for years but may try it again.
