Gorgeous Jo.

Reminds me of my mother because she would not have it in the house due to it bringing bad luck with it once it had been taken from the tree.

OLD wives tales but its funny how they come back to mind when reminded by something.

Exactly same colour as mine at bottom of the garden. One big problem, it has almost disappeared, it took the two goats which live over the fence just two days to destroy and shove it down their gobs. :tantrum2:

Lovely pic Jo

I haven't heard that about it been unlucky, if brought indoors.
My daughter brings loads off hers into her House.

I never take anything off anything, I like them where they are.

I could almost smell it. It is so lovely. I hadn't heard about it being unlucky indoors either.

I remember when I was small proudly bringing in May blossom, and my Mum had to put it straight back outside, as that was unlucky.

An old tale was that it was bad to have it indoors because it
carries woodworm, my Grandma would not have it in the house
because of this.
