My son often orders our food on line from Asda, they are usually very good, but on the 23rd March our goods didnt arrive at all, no notification, no apology, then today my son received an e.mail from Asda saying they are very sorry but they were unable to deliver his 23rd March order, still no explanation.!

Have you checked to see if they took your payment, otherwise you will need to get your money back too.

How strange!
I would email them back and ask for an explanation.

Also, as twin1947 says - check that they haven't had the money.

I've heard of that happening with Asda before. I tried them once and also Sainsbury's, of the two Sainsbury's were better, but in this area Tesco are by far the best for quality and reliability when it comes to online orders so I order from them most weeks. I did put in an order to George at Asda and am still waiting for one item to arrive while they say the order was complete.
