Sad news

Postby ciderman_nz » Sat Mar 08, 2025 1:55 am

One of those sad days when you get messaged on the internet. Just heard that the lady who I met on the internet, and who organised our visit to Cyprus, is now unconscious with cancer and kidney failure and unlikely to wake up. Her daughter who stayed with us in NZ on two trips here, informed us of the sad news.

That is so sad, all you seem to hear these days, I lost 2 good friends last year, but we just have to be thankful for what we have got, and to put it bluntly, get on with it.

She died today. It's the same for all of us. It's not 'if' but 'when'.
