Trouble with my stomach

Postby Old-n » Sun Jan 09, 2011 2:12 pm

I have been having trouble with my stomach for a long time, so I went to the doctors and he put me on a high dairy diet.

I have not cut the amount I eat only what I eat.

Drinking Semi skimmed milk, porridge for breakfast, cheese fruit biscuits or rice krispies for lunch, and a proper dinner at night.

Plus I do not feel hungry

My stomach trouble as gone, plus I have lost over two stone.
