Baking Made Easy

Postby Victors Mate » Tue Jan 11, 2011 10:24 am

Anyone catch this on BBC 2 last nIght? A new chef Lorraine Pascale, a sort of cross between a slimmer Nigella and a young Jamie Oliver, made some recipes look easy. Two that might appeal to June and Penny "Blueberry and Lemon Millefeuille" and a spectaclar "I can't believe you made that" cake.

Missed it, maybe they'll show some of it on Saturday kitchen

By the way, my Christmas Chutney was so popular I made more, and have 'orders' for even more.

Told you about the huge survey where people said they have no time to cook simple meals for their children.

They also listed that they watched six and more hours of telly a day - especially - cookery programmes.
