I can't believe it was an 'accident' if the man didn't see them tied to the back of the car .... how the hell is he fit to drive :tantrum2:

Horrible though the outcome was, I'm sure it was an accident, and I'm sure the dogs' owner is devastated.

I agree with drogo surely no one is so evil as to do that on purpose, it must have been an accident.
