I bought two last week.One for hubby and one for my hairdresser who is having a village 'Burns' night tonight. :grouphug:

I ate my "one in my lifetime" at a Young Farmer's dinner several year's ago so now I am "excused Haggis".

[font=Verdana]I dunno' ... you all make fun of haggis, but we have some seriously "yuck" stuff here as well. First comes to mind "Rocky Mountain Oysters" ... ( sheep testicles for the uninitiated ) ... actually quite tasty when breaded and deep fried. Rattlesnake meat isn't bad, either.

I draw the line at chocolate covered insects, however. [/font]

We have Haggis quite often - it makes a nice tasty meal.
Morrisons were selling Haggis Truffles :dunno: - of course we had to try them. They were balls of haggis, in a mincemeat shell, then dipped in breadcrumbs. They came with a ready made pepper sauce. They were oven baked, and quite ok - but i wouldn't buy them again.
