Frozen rice ???..........I don't think I've ever come across it.

I would think it could be a bit iffy to eat because it would have been partially cooked or blanched first. It is a fact that re heated rice encourages the growth of bacteria which can cause a form of food poisoning. Asians regularly re heat rice and get away with it because over generations they have developed an enzyme in their gut that can handle the bacteria in re heated rice, Westerners have no such enzyme in the gut and therefore are prone to illness from re cooked rice.

Frozen rice has been around for years . I worked in the wholesale Frozen Food Industry for over 30 years, and was buying pallet loads of the stuff in the 80's.
It is a fully cooked product.

I have also been reheating cooked rice for more years than I can remember, and have never had a problem.

Tracey won by voting tactically, giving low marks to each of her competitors.

Exactly it used to happen all the while and is why I think the programme is a pile of poo.

Just an excuse for nastiness and voyeurism. Just the sort of thing some folk seem to enjoy.
