My wife signed up to a web site for emails on diets at www.Sparkpeople.com.


After a while she decided she would finish, the email were stopped by unsubscribe but then the web site appeared in the connect bar and kept popping up when you close current tab.


I deleted all Internet Temps, and all temp files and the Cookies


I run Ashampoo WinOptimzer 6, plus Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and they did not cure the problem


It was a pig to find, but here is the answer.


Internet Explorer / Tools / Internet Options /

And you will find in as a second Home Page, delete the address of Sparkpeople that apply / OK then restart Internet Explorer

Summat like that VM
