It's cool here and overcast. Not raining but you can feel tiny specks of moisture hitting your skin, not unpleasant, probably the sun will come out later.
Which part of your back, penny? I find I can ease back-ache with a coolpack, not from the freezer but just chilled in the fridge. It copes better with the top than
the bottom of my back though.

Thanks marieann, It seems to be right on the sciatic patch and as soon as I get moving it spreads.Got all sorts of belts but not much use these days. Looking out at the moment, seems the sky is covered in white cloud, looks as though it really will be cooler tomorrow. Do hope all are well, seems too hot to post these days. Take care. cheers Penny

Our weather is much the same as what Marieann described, much more bearable than it has been could actuall feel a little fresh air in my face and going into my lungs. Have never been to Silverstone Penny, Cadwell Park, Scarborough's Olivers Mount + quite a few more motorcycle race courses were more attractive to me especially in the 60's. Just ate one of Sainsburys counter made Beef burgers with Chives, enclosed in a couple of slices of Hovis + a little tomato sauce for lunch and it was good :) Dolly had a nibble too, she sends a big hug Penny and take care everyone .

Good afternoon Ladies, the sun has just decided to come out after a cloudy start. As OH is not able to take the anesthetic the consultant has decided to leave well alone, they could try to do the job by endoscopy but the polyp is too big. Oh been at GP's this morning and he is sending him for another chest x-ray. Sorry to hear about your road closure Penny, make sure your young man when at yours doing his job cannot get away for a few days :) Dolly sends a hug and so do I, and take care everyone.

Hi Dita and all, been busy so left posting till evening. Hope all are O>K> Weather been very warm again, been hanging round waiting for road men to start. They decided to start the other end of the lane so OH suggested a quick run for his car, so that's what we did. Been watching tennis since. Big hug for Dolly and same for pussies. Wonder if Andere is having a hot time. cheers Penny

Morning all, another hot and sunny day. Do hope all are keeping well and managing to stay cool.
Just as well tennis is on TV otherwise not sure what we could do in such continual heat.Talking about tennis, without being rude, does anyone understand the signs Nadal makes before here serves. Pinching his nose, then shirt sleeve, etc. I have to giggle each time I see him start the ritual. Have a good day all and hugs for Dolly and little ones. cheers Penny

Hi Penny and all, Its raining at Blackpool, but it not so here, although the sun is not shining much the atmosphere is humid and hot. Nadal has always done those funny habitual signs, think it be quite important to his chances of winning but what does it mean?????.Big hug from Dolly and take care everyone.
