Some good news: I got back from the hairdressers and OH said there'd been a serious offer for the old house. There had been a couple of silly ones over the weekend and the agent sent them away sharpish. This offer wasn't quite what we wanted but we did a bit of negotiating and have now agreed a price! YAY!!!! He's a cash buyer, no chain, so unless he changes his mind, it should all go through fairly quickly.
May Day tomorrow. I hope everyone's been practising their Maypole dancing? (In case Pooh Dog is reading this, that is NOT the same as pole dancing!).
