Fermanagh man sentenced for breaches of food regulations
The Food Standards Agency in Northern Ireland has welcomed a four-month custodial sentence and fines totalling £8,000, which have been imposed on Nigel Wilson at Enniskillen Magistrates’ Court for nine breaches of food regulations at his former poultry processing business, Upper Erne Lakes Poultry in Newtownbutler
