GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare recalls all MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk 330ml ready-to-drink products due to choking hazard risk

GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (GSK Consumer Healthcare) is recalling all botltles of its MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk 330ml ready-to-drink products. This is because the product may contain creatine particles due to re-crystallisation. This means the product is a possible choking hazard and may cause injury to the mouth.
The FSA has issued a Product Information Recall Notice.
