Boulder Brands UK Ltd, Asda and Tesco are recalling certain bread products with a 'best before' date of 22 February 2016 or earlier, because a seed mix ingredient contained undeclared sesame seeds. Some of the products listed are known to have been manufactured with a sesame seed ingredient and others may have been cross-contaminated with it.
The affected products were distributed only in the United Kingdom.

In both cases the risk from the allergen is significant enough to warrant the recall of the products. As sesame is not mentioned on the product labels, the products are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to sesame.
