If one can call it that with the rotten news about the attack in London of the Muslim community. I feel SO sorry for them because they too have families. One dead so far and 8 injured. What a bloody world this has turned into.

Well I hope everyone does not get too exhausted with this ruddy heatwave and Carol takes something with her to put against the coach window just in case there are no pull down shades.
I have slept on the recliner until 4am this morning with it being SO sticky and muggy with my fan on.
