Talking to the dead..

Postby caroljoyce » Sat Aug 05, 2017 1:41 pm

I decided to go to the cemetery this morning with some flowers for mum's birthday which is on Monday.
I found myself talking to her without realising I was doing it... Good thing I was alone there!!

Does anybody else talk to the dead I wonder?

I talk to my wife quite often, pointing out the first primroses of spring or the first combine harvester of the autumn!

I greet my husband, son and baby daughter every morning when I wake and talk every night to the man I lost on 8th February this year. In the cemetery I also visit and speak to those four.

Yes I too have word with Cliff, usually just before I settle down for the night.
I think most folks who have lost loved ones do it especially at certain times that something special happened such as birthdays or anniversaries.
