I have decided to have my large magnolia tree removed, one chap said £70, the other £60,would it be too cheeky to ask him to take £55? Ive had a lot of expense this year

£60 or £70 sounds like a bargain to me, assuming it's a fair sized tree, and I wouldn't haggle. Because it sounds so inexpensive, I'd want to be sure he does a good job - talk to some satisfied customers or check him out on local websites, etc.
