The Christmas tree.

Postby caroljoyce » Sun Nov 19, 2017 11:04 am

This year we're at our son's Christmas day and going on a twixtmas break to Warner's on the 27th so is it worth going to the bother of putting up a tree?
I always have done - a 6 foot artificial one that's taken ages to decorate - now I'm wondering if it's time to stop bothering with one.

Does it make me a misery guts if I don't put one up?

How about you - do you put a tree up?

we feel the same but if you are away for more than a day it is a waste of time as no one will be calling in to see it, enjoy yourself and forget the tree. cheers penny

Even on my own I still decorate but I gave up on a tree tears ago.

It's only a modern innovation NY, not traditional.
